The hotel takes inspiration from Colorado’s aspen trees and incorporates natural, eco-conscious materials. In fact, it claims to be the first carbon positive hotel in the country. Peer inside or head up to the rooftop to enjoy open-flame cooking and signature drinks from Stellar Jay, one of our new favorite cocktail bars.
